Lemon Lingonberry Cake, done Sweet Nerd style. It’s a bit of ‘Splatter meets Swedes.’ The puckery sweet filling was inspired by Sweden’s popular Lingonberries and the urban splatter painted finish was inspired by street art in Los Angeles.
