A few years back I made these Marshmallow Chocolate Grahams for my friends at Cisco Home in LA. This store is beyond fabulous, and it’s known for coining a ubiquitous slogan in town: MADE IN LA.
Llamas and lights. So poetic, right? Somehow they just go together. Llamas are, as I’m sure you know, the IT animal now, practically an icon with the number of graphic tees it graces.
Woodland critters?!? How could you not think of the holidays with these cuties? As we speak, I’m currently sitting in my hot LA kitchen conjuring up a forested winter wonderland, with a blanket of snow on the ground, a moose and a hedgehog frolicking among the trees.

Bring it on December! I know that technically after Thanksgiving, the official winter holiday season begins. Not by store or retail standards, heck that started practically in July.
For Steves on this Father’s Day, I opted for one of his favorite combinations: a chocolatey cheesecake. I made a Chocolate Cheesecake Brownie, and because he’s so stylish, I cut the brownies into neckties and bowties.
