Ingredients

2 tablespoons tahini paste

2/3 cup greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons honey

10 crushed blackberries (or more to taste)

Mint for garnish

Sprinkle with bee pollen

Fruit

Strawberries, hulled and sliced

White nectarine, sliced

Kiwi, sliced

Apple, sliced

Peach, sliced

Pluot or Plum, sliced

Blackberries, whole

Directions

1Combine tahini, yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and crushed blackberries.

2Arrange beautifully on plate for serving.

3Top with sliced fruit and bee pollen.

4Garnish with mint.
